Варианты:

1. F-4B BuNo.151477 AA-207, VMFA-531 Grey Ghosts, USS Forrestal, during cross decking, operated from HMS Ark Royal from 23 February to 6 March 1973. Painting tail like FG.1, a consequence of political decisions Malta government - during cruise time they did not like US. I. e. was impossible to drop F-4B into HMS Royal Ark hangar - dimensions along folding lines are larger than that of FG.1, so VMFA-531 Phantom get this “camo”.
2. F-4B BuNo.152252 / NK303, VF-143 Pukin Dogs, USS Constellation, July 1968. Aircraft flown by LCDR Black George and LTJG Gary Stone during Vietnam War.
3. F-4G BuNo.150645 / NH111, VF-213 Black Lions, USS Kitty Hawk, April, 1966. NAVY converted 12 F-4Bs in 1963 and fitted them with the AN/ASW-21 two-way datalink communication system and an approach power compensator which, coupled with the shipboard AN/SPN-10 radar and AN/USC-1 datalink allowed hands-off carrier landings.
4. F-4J BuNo.155526 / AJ201, VMFA-333 Fighting Shamrocks, USS America, September 1972. Aircraft flown by Maj L. Tom ‘Bear' Lasseter XO and Capt John 'L'il John’ Cummings during Vietnam War.
